The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in Your name.” So He told them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I have given you authority to tread on snakes and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
The seventy had just returned, joyful in what they saw the LORD do through them.
But still, Jesus reminded them of the authority he had just given them. Why
Because though the demons submitted to the Name and Satan fell, the fight was on and thus when the battle becomes stronger they should remember that they have what it takes to overcome the power of the enemy. And this time, with all the heaven backing them as a part of the Kingdom and sent for the Kingdom.
Why the snakes and the scorpions?
The serpents and the scorpions,
Those crawling under, unnoticed,
The spirits of darkness,
Bringing pain, stinging with everything they carry,
To the Body,
Noticed only after harm,
Decapacitating the body to move,
Move forward to where God is sending us, the nations beyond.
Those crawling, slowly on us,
Consuming us slowly, slowly,
Losing the sensitivity to what He God is speaking and doing.
A thought here, a thought there.
A feeling here, a desire there.
A want here, a need there.
Consumed, until nothing but destruction is left.
Observe the Scorpions and the Serpents in Your Walk
OBSERVE THY STEPS, OH MAN!
The demons,
The spirits,
The foes,
The scorpions,
The snakes,
The seducers of the spirit,
Crawling slowly,
Bringing death to the spirit,
A word here,
An offence there,
Bitterness of heart,
With doubt,
Words unchecked,
Lust of the flesh,
Lust of the eyes,
Pride of life,
Unforgiving heart,
Bitterness,
Pain,
Desires unchecked,
Hearts feelings,
The FOOLISHNESS of men.
These are the TIMES
We are overcoming the serpents and the scorpions by His Blood and Our Testimony
Speak,
Sing,
Shout,
Step,
Move,
Clap,
Praise,
Worship.
UNDERSTAND THE TIMES
The Presence; they flee.
The Power; they are destroyed.
The WAY, they are overcome.
The Blood of the Lamb,
The Word of our testimony.
And we are in HIM.
And the world is passing away, and the lust thereof, but he who does the will of God lives forever
You are the temple of the Holy Spirit,
The carrier of the Power, glory and presence.
You are the Weapon in the Kingdom,
You are the Soldier in the Kingdom (2 Timothy 2:3-4)
To overcome the evil one and be.
You are the Servant to bring Him glory (Isaiah 49:2-3)
You are the arrow in His pod ( Isaiah 49:2)
Like arrows in the hand of a mighty warrior (Psalm 127:4)
Your mouth is like His sharpened sword (Isaiah 49:2)
The heel will be wounded,
And the head will be crushed (strongly)
And the body will move forward to all the nations (Mathew 28)
For He has surely risen,
And He is with us to the end of the world.
Amen.

“Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.”
2 Timothy 2:3-4:
Remember
These are those times. The Spirit of God is. For He, Jesus promised. All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
What is He reminding you of these times? Grace is sufficient. Power is. He is moving. But, are we moving with and in Him? Do people see Him when we do? Remember oh man that only through Him shall we live through these seasons of wickedness beyond. BELIEVE. SPEAK. God’s kingdom is subject to violence. We have to stand the powers, principalities and rulers of darkness to believe and stand the GROUND in and on FAITH in CHRIST JESUS.
The scorpions and the serpents will crawl even stronger until that day the heavens open and He appears in the clouds.
