Focus on God in Faith

You want results, focus on God in Faith,
You want healing, focus on God in Faith,
You want joy, focus on God in Faith,
…Focus on God.

Do you remember when Peter was drowning in the water? See, what was drowning Peter was not that Jesus wasn’t there, he looked away. Peter looked away. He looked at the circumstances that surrounded him instead of the Jesus who called him unto the waters.

  • It is not like Peter didn’t see the waves first when He saw the Messiah and called out to Him.
  • It is not like He didn’t see them before, He was focusing on Jesus.
  • I believe in the moment he was like, if that is Jesus, that is all it takes for me
  • For me to get onto the water and WALK.
  • I know Him, I know nothing else, no else but Him

Here is the story about faith and a lesson from Wells.

The Significance of Water-Fetching Moments

(…from the letter below)

During those water-fetching moments, you weren’t alone at the well. Many women gathered to fetch water in the morning and evening, leaving late mornings and afternoons as the only times when kids could be there. If you arrived during these quieter times, it required a lot of effort to pump the water, and it wasn’t easy.

However, when there was a group, people were impressed when even a child could manage to bring water up. And when everyone thought the well was dry, but someone kept pressing until the water flowed, there was a shared celebration. The water was finally out. A reminder to many of the potential within you, just like the water hidden deep in the well.

I hope it blesses, encourages and strengthens your faith today as you focus on God in faith in Christ Jesus.
